1. Electrical Engineer:

 Duties

·       Preparation of permit and construction drawings for electric system, including power plan, lighting plan, electric room etc., using AUTOCAD software.

·       Preparation of permit drawing for Fire Alarm using AUTOCAD software.

·       Perform demand electric load and wire sizing calculation.

·       Work directly with General Contractors, Architects, Utility Company and City Licensing and Inspection Department to produce finished drawings.

·       Provide technical assistance to customers and field personnel.

 Minimum Requirement:

·       A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.

·       Basic knowledge on National Electric Code.

·       AUTOCAD experience.

·       Good oral and written communication skills and abilities.

·       Attention to detail.

·       Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

·       Have authority to work in US

 Preferred Qualification:

·       AUTOCAD Revit experience.

·       Related experience in electric and building design

2. Mechanical Engineer

Duties

·       Preparation of permit and construction drawings for mechanical system, including heating/cooling load calculation, HVAC equipment specification, duct layout design.

·       Preparation of permit drawing for plumbing system using AUTOCAD software.

·       Work directly with General Contractors, Architects, Utility Company and City Licensing and Inspection Department to produce finished drawings.

·       Provide technical assistance to customers and field personnel.

 Minimum Requirement: 

·       A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

·       Basic knowledge on International Mechanical and Plumbing Codes.

·       AUTOCAD experience.

·       Good oral and written communication skills and abilities.

·       Attention to detail.

·       Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

 Preferred Qualification:

·       A Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering

·       AUTOCAD Revit experience.

·       Related experience in mechanical and plumbing design
