BIM is an intelligent 3D model-based process that gives architecture, engineer, and construction professionals the insight and tools to more efficiently plan, design and manage buildings and infrastructure.

Hutec utilizes AutoCAD (R) Revit to accurately design the installation of MEP equipment, detailed layout of plumbing/HVAC piping, duct and electric conduit. The seamless coordination with architect, structure and construction tea, results in a reduction of project's time and cost.

In addition, we use the add-in energy modeling tool to analyze the movement of energy in, out and through the room and volumes in a model. The outcome of energy model is used to help designers making better informed, cost-effective decisions that improve the performance and reduce the environment impact of the buildings. We have the ability to perform energy simulation of the whole building based on the building's geometry, climate, function and envelope properties, and active systems (HVAC & Lighting).
